Refund Policy
Last updated: July 2026
This policy explains when a Pava IMAT subscription can be refunded. It applies alongside your statutory consumer rights.
Digital service
Pava IMAT is a digital service: access is granted immediately after payment. This affects refund rights, as explained below.
EU/EEA right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. For digital content and services, this right ends once you have started using the service, where you asked for immediate access and acknowledged that you lose the withdrawal right by doing so — a consent we request at checkout.
Our refund window
If you change your mind, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not substantially used the service — for example, you have answered no more than 20 questions and have not started a mock exam. After 14 days, or once the service has been substantially used, subscriptions are non-refundable.
How to request a refund
Email info@pavaedu.com from the address on your account, with your order details and the reason. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
When a refund may not apply
Refunds may be declined where the service has been substantially used, where the withdrawal period has passed, or in cases of abuse (for example, downloading or copying content before requesting a refund).
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via iyzico, normally within 10 business days of approval. Timing on your statement depends on your bank.
